I think Smeenk and the crew have put something together and we'll have to see if Cliffs will preempt it or not. I think as many do, they've picked up quite a few shares in the last number of weeks. Likely most through third parties to escape regulatory rules and disclosure requirements. If not then it's been arbitragers buying.

My guess is that Cliffs will not wait until the KWG announcement. Maybe a 20 cent offer today or on the weekend.
