I thought I read somewhere that they can buy another 1% NSR. Is this true to your recollection?

I don't think personally the NSR or the Canada Chrome assets have ever reflected much value in the stock price. With a firm game plan on the railroad and signs of mine construction this may change. As you pointed out doing NPV calculations beyond 10 years leaves too much room for error.
