I am not aware of FWR holding a NSR on anything here.

As I recall it, RN held a 2% NSR on both the FWR property as well as the JV property, 1% of which could be purchased for 1 mill. KWG (I would imagine with blessings from the other partners) purchased the 1% and paid up the mill. I do not know that there is any fixed value placed on the other 1%. There normally is not.
