One more article, also dated June 17th, on the ROF railway (sorry if this has been posted already, but I would have to quit my day job to read the volume of posts).

Much of the information is nothing new; but it does talk about the potential for Ontario Northland to get involved in the ROF rail line.

Apparently Ontario Northland has been consulted, and discussions appear to be ongoing.
