OK, so, from what i've seen, the 16.5c offer is not on the table unless the merger dissapears.

So if that is correct, then does that mean that the 13c offer is still valid and people NEED to vote on it? or is this offer already dealt with.

Cause from what i've seen here, some people are just throwing out the 13c offer instead of voting on it, because of the 16.5c could-be offer.

Reason i asked: i just received both packages and wanted to know what's still valid.

And please feel free to correct anything incorrect i have here. My knowledge of these things is very limited.
