Having received a few PM about the packages (one needing action the other no action), here is a summary of what we all should have received as regards to Cliffs' Proposal, and the SPQ/KWG Merger:

You should have received two different packages:

1- A Cliffs' Circular asking to tender your shares to Cliffs. If you want to tender you phone your broker to instruct him to do so. If you do not want to tender, just you do nothing (ie put the document in the green box!);

2- A Spider's Circular and Meeting Notice. If you want to vote, a) you fill the Proxy (For or Against), you sign and date it, and you mail it in the preadressed and prestamped envelop OR b) you vote via the Internet; OR c) you attend the meeting scheduled on July 8th, in Toronto.
