FWIW, there are 24 mill shares on the bid at 16 cents. You can bet that every one of those bidders sees value in that price, and sure aren't in it for the possible half cent gain that is on the table.

On the flip side there are less than 8 mill shares on the offer at or below 19 cents.

If the previous ratios hold up, it will take 4 more increases for them to gather up sufficient shares to stop the merger.
