How much do you think it would cost in cash or a share offer to bring UC into the deal now? I think it makes sense for SPQ, KWG & UC to come out with their company valuation & a three way merger now. Make Cliffs really pay up front for the East & West block claims, rather than have UC face Cliffs alone down the road!
