Cliffs says they would sell KWG shares in the market, meaning they would not hesitate to cause a proable drop in the value of KWG shares. Right, very likely.
Spiders and KWG are planning to merge, and Spider gets a new offer of a pittance from Cliffs with an accompanying threat. If the Spiders join the new Group whose value Cliffs, teh whole Group will be punished--they have what 19 some % of KWG, and have no qualms driving Big Dady's value, while craving for it. For decreasing value of KWG at new 1: 1.30 ratio would also lower value of teh combines entity.
If the two succed in merging, and value is dropping, they will offer peanuts again and pick up everything for a song. Possibe!
Did someone say slap on the face. Right, it is.
But here is what Cliffs does not realize: self-contradictions, self-loathing and dirty games built in their own wordfs (did not wait to make for the lowball offer, right after KWG-Spider's latest matching offer on Friady evening).
Do these guys working at Cliffs have principles?
Nothing to offer. Poof! Cliffs. Foff.
