Cliffs obviously were privy to insider info, so hastened the bid before the valuation, is made available. So as not to give the shareholders the opportunity, to evaluate the fairness of the offer. Which has all the appearences of being a low ball offer. Why else would they stop the valuation process, going forward on KWG. Cliff,s had a director on the BOD of KWG and KWG is the operator. So Cliff,s have and had inside info, this sounds highly suspect to me.
