Why is Big Daddy worth $ 500M ?

If Spider´s 26% are valued @ $ 125M (ok, ok, SPQ has some minor other assets), the entire Big Daddy deposit should fetch roughly $ 500M ?

Why would Cliffs pay that much (after they have paid $ 250M in value for FWR´s deposit) in an area where there is NO infrastructure and everybody is stressing the fact that the possibility of economical mining cannot be seen on the horizon for a long time !

That is a question to consider if pondering about the future of the whole Ring of Fire area, imho !
