Where does it say the BOD is pleased with $0.19???

I believe it says the offer from Clffs is considered a superior one - as they have to do after evaluating the two offers. In no way does that tell me they are going to be accepting this offer.

If your intent was to leave that thought in posters minds then you are doing a disservice to all retail shareholders who know that the value of this play and a SPQ/KWG merger is a lot higher.
