This is my impression of what Cliff,s is trying to do . An old lady in need of money calls in a less than forthright antiques dealer, after careful inspection of her possessions . He states that there really is nothing of value, but he knows she coulduse the money take, one of her paintings for 50 dollars (knowing full well it is worth 5000.00 sollars) the old lady agrees , for she has no way of knowing it,s real value. She has never had an appraisal.
