What do we have with Clifs .19C==.19c point final

what do we get with current KWG offer===1:1.30shs current price @ 12c=.16c

+ now own 1% nsr value ? lot more then .005c

+ aded value of rail claims

+ get to keep the 2.3 mm for not paying default fee

+ most important you keep what cliffs wants badly

Got to be worth more then .19c Cliffs pulled wool over a few eyes here that should know a hell of a lot more...What did cliffs offer Diamond Fields and is it LEGAL? to offer one group X and not offer the other the same.
