There really shouldn't be that much that we have to face. If, and I do say IF, everyone has voted for the amalgamation as they suggest here, and the majority out there do the same, then the die is cast. Either we win the vote, or things remain as they are after July 8th.

On the other hand, If CLF has it's 50.1% on or before July 6th, they will be very vocal about it, as they will have a majority and can control things going forward. This is a very unlikely situation, and given the effort being put into the phoning, obviously not going to happen.

The big unknown is this evaluation that should be done now (originally it was to be due today). Whatever that comes in at will determine both sides reaction from here. If it is or will be done, it puts some definate parameters out there that can be used as markers in this race, rather than hypothetical numbers that range anywhere from 20 cents to a dollar or more.

The game is definately heating up though, and the news releases starting to come within hours of each other. Everyone should take some satisfaction in knowing it is all positive. The SP can either hold near 19 cents or go up. Unlikely it will go down. And each day and hour closer to July6th will be a bit more exciting. Seventh inning just started and the game is tied, however our two best batters are warming up.
