I have read it through twice and it is all about the Shareholders Rights Plan SPQ formalized mid June. They do not want us to have the option to enact the plan and purchase an additional share @ 50%. When this application was made, June 22nd, SPQ had turned down Cliffs and was back with KWG, since then, we probably think that SPQ are prepared to go with Cliffs so whole thing may just be much ado about nothing. Maybe some of the other issues can be brought forward but probably only SPQ could do that as I doubt KWG will be able to get involved in this. This is my interpetation. rj
