I believe the fact it doesn't incorporate the premium can be interpreted to mean the estimate is conservative. This should give it more credibility in the market. We'll have to wait and see.

I'm curious if the delay in lifting the Halt may have something to do with Cliffs sitting down with both parties to announce an offer with support of both boards.

Could be an interesting afternoon.
