we have to see an offer that would be SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER...

The valuation is betwwen .24 and .37 so somewhere above the .30 mark would garner some support..

The problem is where is Clifs at with the shares they have been purchasing? are they at sufficient levels to control our companies after the dust settles. If the offer falls apart have they been bying all along and within a couple months will they be in position to come at us again and this time with enough shares to make a significant impact? Dont forget someone has been buying these last few weeks.
