I voted yesterday "For" and we need to encourage everyone to get the vote in to support this merger.

Even if you've sold your shares in the last few weeks you may still have the right to vote. Please put your support behind this Merger.

We can assume from the phone calls that Cliffs is still short of the needed votes. I would guess by quite a bit.

Many questions out there but we'll just have to play the game as it progresses making adjustments as required. Never perfect information!!
