KWG Shares outstanding and thus per share value of KWG and thus SPQ stake?

The question I have that I hope someone here can clarify for me; is why the difference in the stated KWG shares issued and outstanding in the press release header of(589,549,206 shares) versus the Cormark stated shares out that they used in their analysis (829 million fully diluted shares)...?

Can someone please help me understand this as it is quite a difference.
