I do not want to get too far ahead of all this,but a thought for consideration is this: if the merger goes through,what behavoir can we expect of the share price of the new KWG,considering all that is going on and the 2 valuations ? We will see a large combined company with over a billion shares O/S. Will the new share price (whatever it will settle down at) be sustained or will forces be at work to bring it down ? Seems to me that the 2 valuations should set a lower benchmark for the price and if anything the sp should start to appreciate in the market place with additional exploration and development leading to pre-feasibilty stage,etc. There is the fact that a lot of shares will be O/S and a lot more money will need to be raised.
