No Withdrawal by Cliffs

I just got off the phone with Cliffs Agency (1-866-656-4120). The guy on the other end is completely unaware of any withdrawal of the .19 offer. In fact he talked to me to seriously consider if the merger goes ahead, where will the resources come from to develope BD. So there it is from at least the agency making the calls.
