The valuations will stand in everyone's mind regardless of the retractions. No doubt Frank new they wouldn't pass the test but released them anyway. We should all be thankful for getting a look at them.

Cliffs can say what they like about it now but everyone knows the numbers are there to support a better offer. Luck for them Thursday is a holiday giving them another day to develop strategy.

I bought more today and don't plan to sell for less on Friday. So Mr. Cliff some of us Canadians might seem slow but don't let our appearance fool you. You're in for a fight if you think this is a done deal at 19 cents.
