False information on Cliff Withdrawal of Offer Friday AM

It now seems that the information going around on Wed. that Cliffs will withdraw their .19 offer this morning was either a false rumor by someone (maybe Cliffs themselves) or a tactical ploy by Cliffs to get more holders to either sell or vote for their offer. Obviously it did not work,IMO.
