What happens if KWG or other now decides to offer .21c. Now that Others know what the cut off price is for SPQ nothing prevents another bid..

Anyhow noreal advantage to tender I will hold my vote to the meeting.

AS far as kwg goes i think we still have a thorn in clifs side and will probably hold till it festers enough with puss and then take the 444cure they offer still .25c worth holding long
