There must be more to the story.

Spiders rush PR over the Kimberlites does not indicate a comapny that is about to fold to Cliffs, I would be very surprised if there is not another strategy in process.

Time will tell. I spoke to cliffs representatives today and the person I spoke to sounded quite defeated when I gave him my reasons for voting for the merger.
