I cannot see anyone voting for 19 cents first of all. Cliff needs to still come back for obviously something much better than 19 cents.

Our evaluation has not been released and yet Neil and B.O.D.'s are recommending us to tender our shares for 19 cents. Are these guys for real? I thought that Neil feared that CLF's may one day offer SPQ only 25 cents and now all of a sudden is recommending 19 cents. I would love to know whats in it for himi. Our great CEO, Congratulations Neil now you can go look for your diamonds.

I most definetly will voting against a 19 cent offer with my million shares.
