Since we hired T.D. to advise us on these matters I would like to see Neil post a copy of a letter from T.D. clearly stating that this sale @ .19 is in their opinion the best route to take.

If T.D. was not in a position of support on this offer we deserve to hear the BOD's logic behind this decision.

Furthermore if we decide to fight this takeover through a vote it is clear that this time arround Neil has got to go.

There was far too much evidence pointing to a higher settlement. Cliffs didn't spend all that money on a telephone survey because they thought or knew they had a deal.

I will take the rest of the weekend off from the board since I have nothing more to contribute that is positive in nature.

I will though assure you that I will support a "NO" vote if I get the chance.
