First Explorer at the "Ring of Fire" and presently drilling on the "BIG DADDY" Chromite/Pge's jv'd property...yet we were robbed
this is a little off topic for SPQ but enough of it is important in general that I think it worth the read and my sentiments also apply to my position in SPQ.
Cheers,
Sum
are you keeping in shape? I don't mean physical shape, though that's really important too, I mean good psych. shape. I'm hearing from posters and reading posts that indicate people are war torn weary and losing a bit of stamina for this game. That's an important phase to note at this point as it is part of the psych. game that is being played on you. If you are one of these people you need to go back to fundamentals and to unplug the emotions from this play and understand it purely from a financial and tactical stance. One has to review ones goals and expectations and determine if one should be here or not. However, it needs to be you that makes this decision based on sound understanding of what is really going on or likely to be going on, not the games being played on your head and the stances you adopt because the prevailing momentum seems to be pulling you along with it like an undertow. Be careful of negative thinking and for that matter, overly positive thinking and don't get sucked into the noise which is designed to confuse you and throw fear into your thinking. I stand by my beliefs about the NOT BOD and their intention to take this to the limit. I'm not saying you'd want to make buddies out of them or ask them to be the Godparents to your next born, though who knows. I'm saying that it is in their interest and therefore yours to make this goose fly. Take a breath and accept the sp as it is at the moment and decide how you want to handle this and remember most of you have been here before. Look at it now as a new opportunity to decide to hold the status quo or to take a different approach base on your comfort zone, needs, expectations. And for added interest, wouldn't it have made good sense for CLF to grab NOT first? Of course not. Grab the little guy and make examples out of them. Demoralize the general investing community and by the time they try to take out the bigger fish they've already got you paranoid and frightened. They're trying to set a precedent with low numbers, they're getting you used to the idea that that's the way it's gonna be. What do you say?! I don't think so CLF. In my own small way, to the extent I can, I will oppose anyone or any group who uses, shall we say scabby tactics to take what isn't theirs for less than fair value. If I were the F.N. people I'd be very concerned over recent events. Head office, Cleveland? What do they care about ON but for what they can get out of it. Shame on Mac and Shame on N.N.
