Likelihood of challenging Cliffs without a fresh bidder is slim here. I believe many are going to make a double and will tender their shares and move on.

If the Arbitragers hold more shares than Cliffs, and depending on their ilk they may withhold for a few cents. This is not something I would count on though.

If KWG or a "new name" doesn't make some kind of fresh announcement @ the opening or before I will likely sell into the market in the afternoon and take the cash.

Overall this deal makes me want to puke but I’ve held it down.

I would love to have seen the results of the merger vote. I'm wondering if Neil simply could not work with Frank and the thought of the merger was too much for him. I wish he'd taken a $500,000 bonus and resigned instead of this. Anyway all conjecture which you can't take to the bank or jingle in your pocket.
