up as cliffs recognizes they do not have the shares they want/require to take over the board. the call will go out to friends to buy at .19 and above.

i do not look upon the 23 mil traded so far today as an exodus. and i don't know what alpha is at.

but 5 days of plus 30 mil, now that would be an exodus!!
