Good evening,

After having quite a lengthy discussion with Neil today, and reading todays release I had made my decision to finally tender my 940,000 shares. I figured that with CLF already obtaining over 50% and still several weeks to go for further accumilating more shares CLF will reach their goal as they did with FWR. You all know that I as well as most of you were all hoping on a minium of 30 cents and if we got lucky with a bidding war could of easily seen 40 cents. Unfortunetly things do not always work the way we want them to. As for me, I am content that I have reduced my line of credit substantially and can now truly sleep like a Rockstar.

Thanks to everybody here on this board. I will miss every one of you. This feels as if it is my last day of highschool. I will with no doubt miss posting on the forum.
