After phoning Bruce Hodgman at KWG I feel very confident we will get more than the .19 cents that I originally tendered for. He could not advise me on what to do but did say a precedent had taken place in regards to shareholders getting proper value for their shares when Voisey Bay was settled and that the shareholders there who did not tender were paid much more than those who tendered earlier!! He did say we could ride the KWG coat tails if this ever did go to court. It sounds like we, as shareholders can't lose, in that we will get at least .19 like all the other shareholders that tendered earlier.
