Doesn't anybody think that this is the untimate of conflicts of interest...(his own interests vs his feduciary responsibilities to the shareholders of his comapny)
When you are on an employment contract with a company (Cliffs) who are trying to buy out your share of the overall asset (27.6%)...where does that leave his feduciary responsibility to the common shareholder...no wonder his explanation for caving in was weak and and ahd no credibility ("I was tired"...maybe tired of waiting for his pay-out) HHmmmm
