i assume no one has the deep pockets to proceed with such a scenario but i'm sure there are legal cases pointing out the financial commitment a company has to its shareholders.

could be an interesting few weeks/months.

i do believe nn had a responsibility to us all and that responsibility was not upheld by spq/nn/bod.
