Cliffs has already won control of SPQ they won't pay any higher then .19 ( and under securities law they don't have to) Now that they are operator they can dilute KWG down to just the NSR. Cliffs has already extracted some chromite from trenches on Black Thor so it won't be long folks before they have it all, they won't be extracting chromite on the big Daddy for years what with ` 100 million ton on the Freewest ground. They will just put the big Daddy on their long term mine plan
