My take by the SPQ circular (Sept 7th) in regard to todays activities.

(step 5) Objection: According to appendix D, the objection was the acutal vote for/against the amalgamation (I voted against by www. proxy vote) which results to amalgamate were announced today.

(Step 6) Resolution: Is it correct to understand those that voted against the amalgamation should receive notice of this by mail -- that the amlagamation has been adopted.

At which time (Step 7) the circular says we have 20 days to send a letter dissenting, with # shares , certificate etc.

My question is I am hoping for reassurance from you that my letter of dissent does not have to be in yet, as I have held off as I have not received my certificate of shares from TD yet???

#2) The letter of dissent is to addressed to Spider , 50 Richmond St.E.

or is it Amalco's address (199 Bay st.) listed on B-3 of the circular
