Just checking with some of the disseneters on the next step. I received the report from the Oct.4/10 meeting which they were oblicated to notify us. The report states that we now have 20 days to respond. I understand that we now need to send a letter demanding fair value for our shares. What I am not sure of is when do we send our registered share certificates to the target co. , Spider. Does this go with this letter demanding fair value or at a later date? Furthermore i thought that if they received 90% plus then they could squeese us out at .19cents. They claimed only 2% dissented.
