remedy, my understanding is that if you fail to accept their .19 offer, then they will within a 50 day period, apply to the Court for a fair valuation to justify their .19 offer. as you know, KWG has two valuations much more than .19 cents and as long as KWG keeps dissenting, then their two valuations should come before the Court. I am sure you will be offered more than the .19 cents and I must say, I admire your b.... to hang tough and not be bullied into accepting the .19 cents. We all know that SPQ/KWG is worth much more than .19 cents per share. You are formally recognized as a dissenter and so, let them come to you and play the waiting game with them to get your true value for your SPQ. All the best. rj
