There has been much discussion lately concerning 'facts' and 'truths' and full disclosure. Gentlemen, let's be frank here. Please look at the situation from Andre Douchane's perspective. His world as he knew it has been decimated. Bay St. has dried up and SS has not stepped up to fill up the empty till on mere say so, and he has possibly lost the Harris Group (?) and Hatch Engineering because of inability to raise capital costs for piloting the Hydromet process. Now if you were his close advisor, would be recommend that he speak the truth and disclose the facts?

It is said an Eastern monarch once charged his wise men to invent him a sentence to be ever in view, and which should be true and appropriate in all times and situations. They presented him the words: "And this, too, shall pass away." (attributed to Abraham Lincoln;)

Personally, gender bias aside, I prefer Maya Angelou's terse comment on the difference between truth and fact that is very apt apropos SRU ; “There's a world of difference between truth and facts. Facts can obscure the truth.”
