Hey guys, I was wondering what you see with this one technically, and then when you factor in the NR out today, and how the markets reacted to it, and the news below that I found from Reuters. I don't have any of this one, but have been watching it for a couple of weeks. It fell rapidly from $9.00, to $6.00, but touched just under $8.00 today, with this NR that came out. Thanks

And then I also found this, which is about them entering into confidentiality agreements, as a possible takeover target.
SANTIAGO, April 6 (Reuters) - ExeterResource Corp XRC.TO is in talks with a number of companies interestedin acquiring the exploration company and its Caspiche gold-copper-silverproject in Chile, a top company official said on Tuesday.
"Thereare lots of groups interested. We have confidentiality agreementssigned with Newmont (NEM), Barrick ABX.TO, Kinross K.TO and acouple of Chinese groups," the company's chief geologist, Glen VanKerkvoort, said in an interview with Reuters.
Exeter recentlysplit itself in two and spun off its Cerro Moro gold-silver project inArgentina into a new company.
"This is what we have set it up forand this is why we have split the company. It's working toward atakeover of Exeter," Kerkvoort said, adding that a potential deal couldbe struck within the next 12 months.
Exeter has the option toearn 100 percent of Caspiche from Anglo American AAL.L. Exeter has nowmet all the required commitments to exercise this option.
TheCaspiche project is located in the Maricunga Belt of Chile, betweenBarrick and Kinross Gold's Cerro Casale gold-copper deposit 10kilometres to the south and Kinross Gold's Maricunga Mine 15 kilometresto the north.
Caspiche is a gold-copper porphyry system, a typeof deposit common to many of the world's largest open pit gold-coppermines.
In a recent note to clients, Canaccord analyst WendellZerb said, "Caspiche represents one of the largest Au-Cu-Ag assetsdiscovered in the last decade and its significance should draw theattention of numerous interested parties." (Reporting by Euan Rocha,Editing by Bob Burgdorfer)
