Reuters has updated their earlier story that the Cheif Geologist had stated they were in talks already with other companies about a possible take-over. The Lawyer for the company is now saying that the company is not "officially" in talks, because even if they were, they can't comment on that.

It looks like to me that someone got a little loosed lipped, and the lawyer's are now having to try and clean up the mess. Link to updated Reuters story below. Any thoughts?
