TSX halted this in a ridiculous manner this morning. It had news at 8:10 AM, they let it trade for 1 minute, then halted it. I'm not sure, but they may have cancelled the trades (stock was up 10%).
They had 80 minutes to halt the stock before the open, but they took 81. Somebody was asleep at the switch. Even halting it makes no sense - 80 minutes should be plenty of time for investors to digest the news.
