I think Nenner might be right - it's just hard to be that precise. I'm sure he uses technicals to look for entry points a week or 2 before the cycle turn date. And since we're only a week and a half away, I think it's OK to start scaling in. I like to buy in a little at a time because it's hard to get the timing exactly right. I'm buying some today because it looks like a possible capitulation day, but I want to hold back some cash in case I'm wrong.
