A. C. A. Howe International limited ( Howe ) has been retained, pursuant to an engagement letter dated Jan 15, 2004 , by Gold City on behalf of the RLJV to prepare a report on the Bissett gold mine in accordance with the guide lines set out in National Instrument 43-101 and NI Form 43-102 fi. Howe had previously prepared a report on the Bissett mine dated April 19 2002 for...WILDCAT EXPLORATIONS LTD ( WILDCAT }.The mandate of that report was to Auit the current resources and reservers and to evaluate the viability or re-establishing production using conventional shrinkage mining methods. Boththe RLJV and HOWE received permission from WILDCAT ( JAN 2004 ) FOR THE USE OF previous Howe Report in its entirity by RLJV for its exclusive use....Much of this current report is based on the report of APRIL 19 ,2002 AS NO new work has been completed on the project since that date. and in HOWE'S OPINION THE DATA AND CONCLUSION:S of that report are valid as of this date. Howes site visit ( 2000 ) to the adjacent WILDCATS POUNDMAKER property also indicates that the gold - bearing quartz vein is hosted within carbonate altered mafic volcanic rocks rather than quartz diorite and fine grained mofic dykes as suggested by previous data.
