I totally agree with you. HUBS break down sometimes. Not common but it does
happen on seldom occasions. I think you are well aware that AGORACOM has
very little control of the editorial content on our forums - that's a privy
of you and over 131,500

When things become emotional, people take quarters and even a suggestion of
a slight spreads like wildfire. We understand that some of these posts have
no right to stay on the board however please consider, that preemptive
perfection does not exist. Even Wikipedia gets abused. The best they can do
is correct.
If you are receiving abusive PM's from other members, please advise. A
member of our staff requires your authorization before we can open your
private message box. Once we have your approval, your profile will be
temporarily unavailable. When we are finished reviewing your complaint, we
will send you a new password and you can access your profile.
I appreciate your tact and assertion in handling this situation.
