David Stadnyk

Mr. David Stadnyk is the President and CEO of Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Stadnyk is the Founder of Stadnyk and Partners. Mr. Stadnyk has has extensive knowledge in the public capital markets and strong relationships with global investment banks and independent boutique investment dealers. Mr. Stadnyk has provided a variety of leadership, investment and developmental roles in the biotech and pharmaceuticals sector and resource sector. He has more than 25 years of investment banking experience and he has successfully pioneered equity capital fundraising efforts in excess of well over $500 MM. Mr. Stadnyk is the President and CEO of First Sahara Energy. Mr. Stadnyk is also the Chairman of Stadnyk Foundation Inc., a sport philanthropic organization. Mr. Stadnyk was Co-Founder of Praxis Pharmaceuticals Inc. now Pharmaxis Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Co-Founder of Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Inc. Mr. Stadnyk was President and Founder of Starlight Sports and Entertainment Inc., founder of the TEAM 1040 AM Sports Radio Station, owned the Vancouver 86ers/Whitecaps Inc., founder of the Vancouver Angels/Breakers, Vancouver's first Women's professional soccer team, and founder of the Vancouver Ravens Lacrosse team. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Stadnyk was the President of Patch International Inc., an international junior oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Stadnyk was a Director of Birch Lake Energy Inc., Canadian Energy Exploration Inc., President and Ceo of Guerrero Exploration Inc. and Co-Founder and a Director of Arsenal Energy Inc., listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Tatiana Kovaleva

CFO

Mrs. Kovaleva is the Chief Financial Officer of First Sahara Energy Inc. since January 2014. It is expected that Mrs. Kovaleva will devote approximately 40% of her time to the Company.

Brayden R. Sutton

Executive Vice President

Mr. Sutton will be responsible to oversee operations, assisting in the overall design and completion of the facilities, marketing, financing and business development.

Mr. Sutton has been involved on the research and analysis side of cannabis and cannabis related businesses for over 10 years. Brayden has a thorough understanding of the science of cannabis, the patients who use it, and close ties to the physician community.

He brings over 12 years of successful experience in the capital markets as an investor and financier since 2002 as well as extensive management and operational experience overseeing large-scale projects. He is also President and CEO of CannabisHealth.com as well as having served as the only Canadian Analyst for 420Investor.com.

George Tsafalas

Director

Mr. George Tsafalas has extensive experience in senior operational management, corporate business development and corporate finance in the private and public sectors. Mr. Tsafalas specializes in the execution of strategic budget plans and monitors the development of the portfolio programs, including review of the financial objectives and milestones. Mr. Tsafalas brings experience in the attraction of private equity capital, including angel investment groups and firms, and has assisted in several successful equity capital fund raising efforts. Mr. Tsafalas has been a Senior Executive, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Member of the Board of Director's and Chair of the Audit Committee of several companies.

Alan Levien

Mr. Levien is an experienced financial executive. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Levien has been involved in a number of successful self-started and managed ventures.
