He could take the company private all by himself if he thought it was appropriate. He mentioned at the annual meeting that this is his pet project that he intends to make the most meaningful of his career. I have also seen quite a dramatic increase in board of directors and insiders holdings over the last 2 year timeframe.
I would never sell a company that is in the right sector in the right place in the possible biggest bull market in my lifetime.
After the MF Global fiasco why someone doesn't rush into precious metals is beyond me.
