Stewart Wallis, P.G., P. Geo.
Position: President and Director

Mr. Wallis received his B.Sc in Geology from McMaster University located in Hamilton, Ontario. His professional affiliations include: APEG Saskatchewan; APEG B.C.; Wyoming Professional Geologist; Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG); Fellow, Society of Economic Geologists; Member, Society of Mining Engineers.
Mr. Wallis began his career with Cominco Ltd. carrying out exploration for base and precious metals throughout eastern Canada. Since 1994, he has been the Managing Director of Sundance Ventures and Sundance Geological Ltd, which provide geological services including due diligence, prefeasibility and NI 43-101 Technical Reports on gold, PGE, uranium and base metal operating and exploration properties located throughout the world. During the period from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Wallis was the General Manager, Vancouver office, for Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. During this time, he carried out due diligence on numerous uranium properties located in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Namibia, Finland and the western US.
Mark J. Morabito, LL.B.

Mr. Morabito is a business executive with a background in corporate finance and securities law. He has over 15 years experience in public markets with a strong focus on junior mining and small business venture capital with extensive experience in capital-raising and corporate development.
Mr. Morabito graduated from Simon Fraser University with a B.A. in 1990 and completed his L.L.B. at the University of Western Ontario in 1993. Mr. Morabito has been a Member of both the Ontario Bar and British Columbia Bar since 1995.
After completing his initial training with a full service Toronto law firm, Mr. Morabito practiced law in Vancouver until 2001. His practice focus was on corporate commercial and corporate securities work. From 2001 - 2003 Mr. Morabito was Vice President Corporate Affairs and General Counsel for Leisure Canada Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange Issuer.
Mr. Morabito is also CEO of Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp., a junior exploration company currently listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (trading under the symbol CXX) and the American Stock Exchange (trading under the symbol CXZ).
Geir L. Liland, B.A.
Position: Chief Financial Officer and Director

Geir Liland received his Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Commerce) from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, B.C. in 1977 and studied accounting, auditing and taxation at the Chartered Accountants Institute of B.C. from 1978 -- 1982, while working as an accountant for both public and private companies. Mr. Liland then began a long career with the TSX Venture Exchange (formerly known as Vancouver Stock Exchange), his last position being Vice-President, Corporate Finance from May 1999 to August 2002. As such, Mr. Liland brings invaluable experience to the Company on a full spectrum of regulatory and compliance matters.
Peter Kurisoo, P.G.
Position: Genergal Manager, US

Mr. Kurisoo graduated with a B.A. (Honours) in Geology from the University of Montana in 1975. He is a Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG) and has 32 years of diverse experience as a minerals exploration and mining geologist.
Mr. Kurisoo began his career in 1975 exploring for uranium with Bendix Field Engineering and Public Service Company of Oklahoma. As geologist for Canyon Resources Corp from 1980 to 1998, he conducted exploration for gold, base metals and industrial minerals in the US, Caribbean basin, Latin America and southeast Asia and was district geologist at the Kendall heap leach gold mine in Montana. Since 1998 he has managed numerous projects and explored for gold, platinum, copper and molybdenum-tungsten for companies including Placer Dome and Galway Resources.
Evelyn Cox, B.Sc.
Position: VP - Corporate Development

In 2000, Ms. Cox graduated with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology, with a minor in German, from the University of British Columbia. She speaks German fluently. Ms. Cox also completed the Economic Guidelines for Mineral Exploration Course from Queen's University.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Cox gained five years of experience working as a Geologist and Manager Corporate Communications for Candente Resource Corp.
Sheila Paine
Position: Corporate Secretary

Ms. Paine has over 15 years experience as a legal administrative assistant, specializing in the securities and corporate law areas. Before joining Crosshair, Ms. Paine spent 11-1/2 years as legal administrative assistant to a senior partner in the securities department of a large international law firm.
Greg Davis
Position: Director

Greg Davis received his Diploma in Mining and Engineering Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1996, while working as a geological technician for Canamera and subsequently for Meridian Geoscience Ltd. from 1996 to 2003. He then joined Nevsun Resources Ltd. as Senior Geological Technician and on-site Project Manager of the Bisha VMS Project in Eritrea, before joining Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp. where he held positions as Manager of Corporate Development and VP Business Development. Mr. Davis has over 10 years experience in the mining industry involving a variety of mineral deposit types in Canada and overseas. He is now the VP Business Development at Sunridge Gold Corp.
Jay Sujir, LL.B.
Position: Director

Mr. Sujir is a securities and natural resource lawyer, who has considerable experience in advising and assisting public companies. He obtained his B.A. from the University of Victoria in 1981 and obtained his L.L.B. in 1985. He has been a lawyer in the law firm of Anfield Sujir Kennedy & Durno and its predecessor since August 1986 and has been a partner of that firm since 1991.
David Weisser
Position: Director

Mr Weisser is a successful entrepreneur, who has been actively involved in the fine art industry for more than twenty years. He is President of Art Connection Inc., a company which specializes in wholesale custom framing and limited edition art distribution, and President of Touchstone Sports and Entertainment, a sports memorabilia company. Mr. Weisser has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and was a Director of Art Image Ltd. from 1995 to 2003.
