Thanks for posting this valuable information. It shows the confusion a potential investor will have as to whether to invest in Tuscany or not, as it is surrounded by the "uncertainty of a corporate strategy in flux" . So the selection of a new President and CEO for the company and his/her release of an articulate and well thought out way forward for the company will be awaited by the market. The market as we all know, for good or bad, will render the final verdict on whoever is appointed to the job, along with their " new plan " for Tuscany moving forward.
